Scanned documents, photos, proof of payment, and other important files can be attached and stored directly on hqbeds.


Attach payment receipts to reservations by clicking the Attachments tab in the reservation popup without even leaving the Occupancy map.







Another way to do that on the individual booking screen at the bottom of the page.



Personal documents (passport, ID, etc) can be scanned and attached to each guest's registration, as well as the photo you take with the webcam at check-in. Do this by clicking on the guest's name on the individual booking screen or searching for the guest's registration in Bookings > Reports > Guests.


IMPORTANT! Each file must have a maximum of 2MB.
