Each POS terminal can only be operated by a single user at a time. So, if a user opened the POS terminal "Bar", it cannot be used by anyone else until their shift is closed.
This is how hqbeds control the cash flow and holds each user responsible for the transactions it executes on the system.
Register as many POS terminals as necessary for your POS > Data Tables > Terminals.
Using the terminal it is possible to configure:
- Payment methods consistent with each terminal. They apply both to the POS feature and to payments in the Checking account of bookings. Learn more about payment methods by clicking here.
- Define which types of products will be sold on each terminal separately
- If you control stock by location, associate each terminal with its respective Stock Location.
