Labels are customizable color markers that indicate important information. It is a color code complementary to the standard of hqbeds (open reservation = yellow, check-in = blue, indebt = red flag, etc).
One of the services you offer is, for example, airport transfer from and to your property: your staff must not forget to call the driver confirming the flight times. Sinalize the booking with the label "airport transfer" and it will be visible on your Occupancy map.
Create as many labels as you want in Bookings > Data Tables > Booking Labels:
To attach them to a reservation, open the reservation screen and click on Label.
The labels also function as a filter in Bookings > Reports > Bookings.
