Some OTAs and rate modalities allow flexible reservations in which the guest can make changes to the room type, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests etc.
These changes (which include partial cancellations) are not automatically synchronized to the HQ, you must make them manually to keep your bed map always up to date.
Hqbeds will show an alert at the top of your bed map showing the new version of the booking and you will have to manually make the necessary changes. Mark the change as resolved to dismiss the alert.
