Every active user appears in the Staff tab of the cash register in the POS module and has his own employee account. It works as a guest account ... for the staff!
POS items may have a different value for staff (we suggest a discount). Sign in Price for employee on the Inventory> Registration Tables> Products screen. Only orders launched through the POS Staff tab will receive the special price.
In the upper right corner of the screen click on My employee account and have access to your history. Payments must be made to management in Financial> Employee Account. Find out more here.
Employee accounts are related to users active in the system and have nothing to do with reservations from Helpex volunteers working in exchange for accommodation.
