See which terminals are in use, the movement of opened shift, and correct the payments made through the Terminal Review.
In POS > Opened Terminal Review, click on the desired terminal to access the entries, see a brief summary of the name of the terminal, the user whose opened the shift, date and time of the opening, and view all the movement that the shift has had so far, see the example:
I made a payment with the wrong payment method!
Through the Opened Terminal Review look for the incorrect launch and click Remove and make the payment again. Remembering that it is only possible to make corrections in the opened terminals.
Only users in the Manager group are allowed to access the terminal monitor. To grant access to a member, go to Admin > Users, enter the desired user and click Permissions.
