If you use your hq connected to the channel manager, please note that are imported automatically:

 

  • all new bookings

  • all total reservation cancellations (when the entire reservation is canceled) made by guests through OTAs.

 

Hqbeds does only import changes from Booking reservations:

 

  • hqbeds will show you an alert at the top of your bed map showing the new version of the booking and you will have to manually make the necessary changes. Mark the change as resolved to dismiss the alert.

 

Some OTAs and rate modalities allow flexible reservations in which the guest can make changes to the room type, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests etc. These changes (which include partial cancellations) are not automatically synchronized to the hqbeds, you must make them manually to keep your bed map always up to date.

 

No-shows and cancellations made by you on hqbeds are not automatically reported to OTA, except Booking, you must do them following the procedure of the respective OTA.
